It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Goodwin of Osakis, Minnesota, born in Horicon, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 12, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Claus Droege and Irma Droege (Melcher); her husband Kenneth Goodwin; her sister Ruth Rolson; and her close friend Dick Heil.
She is survived by: her children, David Goodwin (Lori) of Dayton, MN, Reenie Goodwin (Joe) of Osakis, MN, Kenny Goodwin (Natalie) of Alexandria, MN and Michele Astleford (Aaron) of Buffalo, MN; her grandchildren, Bonnie Schroeder (William) of St. Paul, MN., Matt Goodwin (Char) of Ogden, UT, Christie Goodwin of Eden Prairie, MN, Jesse Spiering of Starbuck, MN, Heather Spiering (Tony) of Maricopa, AZ, Shawn Spiering (Ruthie) of Osakis, MN, Amanda Richards (Joseph) of Cannon Beach, OR, Mackenzie Goodwin, Kenessa Goodwin of Alexandria, MN and Celestia Goodwin (Gabriel) of Minnetonka, MN.; her great grandchildren, Sierra Goodwin, Colton Goodwin, Hailey Spiering and Chloe Spiering; and her sister Dorothy Finkler (Gerald) of Broken Arrow, OK.
