She is survived by: her husband Larry Leighton of Osakis; her children, Kimberly (Dave Benson), Laurie (Ryan Krosch), Michelle (Marv Lunser), Vickie (Blane Larson), Chris (Crystal Leighton), Elvis (Jennifer Leighton) and Jesse Leighton of Mandan, ND; her siblings, Bev Eggerth of Long Prairie and Marilyn Steinert of Sauk Center; her siblings-in-law, Karen Eggerth of Long Prairie and Jimmy Mikel of Long Prairie; her grandchildren, Dustin, Travis, Jordan, Amber, Kayla, Sam, Shelby, Kelvin, Maggie, Anthony, Alex, Jordyn, Lola and Luke; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Xander. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
