He is survived by: his children, Erika Lage (Jim), Kristi Hendrickson (Dave Balaam), Kai Hendrickson and Heidi Igo (Lou); his grandchildren, Madelynn, Nicolas, Brianna, Lewis, Amelie and Claire; and his siblings, Roger and Vicky.
