She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Aleshire and Cecile Aleshire (Gabory); her son Robert; her siblings, Denese Aleshire, Dariel O'Hara, Terry Aleshire, Keith Aleshire and Dwight Aleshire; her great grandchild Trey Rasmussen; her brothers-in-law, Tom O'Hara and James Shafer; and her parents-in-law, Robert and Louise Shafer.
She is survived by: her husband Roy; her sons, Bradley Shafer (Julie) of Alexandria, Steven Shafer (Teresa) of Marriottsville, Mark Shafer (Katie) of Grand Rapids and Dennis Shafer (Pam) of St. Cloud; her grandchildren, Amanda Imme (Rob), Meghan Shafer, Caleb Shafer (Nestor), Hannah Sekira (Justin), Elijah Shafer, Jessie Shafer, Nick Shafer, Bo Nabozny (Jamie), Kali Unke (Ryan), Kelsi Lye (Tom) and Leah Rasmussen (Tom); her siblings, Arlyn Aleshire (Krista) and Candy Butala (Gary); and her sisters-in-law, Donna Shafer and Jan Aleshire. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
