It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ellis Liesemeyer in Osakis, Minnesota, born in Syracuse, Nebraska, who passed away on October 9, 2001, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Liesemeyer and Frieda Liesemeyer (Witt); his former wife Janet Stubbendick; his wife Bette Deitz; and his brother Jerome.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Hansen (Greg) of Fargo, ND, Claire Witt (Mark) of St. Cloud, MN, Loren (Kathryn) of Alexandria, MN and Karen Akason of Jordan, MN.; and his grandchildren, Doug, Julie, Larry, Karl, Courtney, Keri, Sean, Kyle, Kelly and Jenna.
In lieu of memorials, Ellis's family suggests making a donation to local Al-Anon and Alcoholics Anonymous Groups.
