He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Withers and Frieda Withers (Reichmann); his children, Tara and Troy; his grandchildren, Tara Thoen (Tom) of Windsor, CO and Troy Withers (Molly Ly) of St. Paul, MN; his siblings, Lloyd Withers (Joanne) of Black Duck, Harold Withers (Kathy) of Osakis and Anita Oeltjen (Dean) of Villard; his wife Lois Withers; his siblings, Bob, Frieda Withers, Wayne Withers and Dorothy Evert; and his niece Sandy Oeltjen.
