He is survived by: his wife Jammie Rorvig; his children, Tammy Jackson, Dia Sager (Brian), Dana Lambert, Shanna Taylor (Rorvig), Rebecca Demitrious, Daniel Gutscher (Stephanie) and Vicki Chaney; and his siblings, Dick (Joyce), Floyd (Lindy), Tom (Judy), David (Patty) and Donna Guenther. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
