It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mavis Steen of Ortonville, Minnesota, born in Odessa, Minnesota, who passed away on June 26, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart O. Steen; her siblings, Donald Henrichs and Betty Nelson; her niece RaNae Nelson; and her nephews, Perry Nelson and Gary Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Guse (Allan) of Ortonville, MN and Del Steen (Jody) of Dodge Center, MN; her grandchildren, Heidi Guse (Brian), Derek Guse (Nissa), David Guse, Jeff Steen (Megan) and Jenna Shallbetter (Travis); and her great grandchildren, Abby Biniek, Taylor Guse, Payton Guse, Preston Guse, Nolan Shallbetter, Ruby Shallbetter and Ryder Steen.
