We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2021, at the age of 85, Marlys Cornelisen of Ortonville, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Bernhagen and Lillian Bernhagen (Lappi); her husband Donald Cornelisen; her daughter Theresa Lund; her brother Charles Bernhagen; and her daughter-in-law Patsy Cornelisen.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Walding (Phillip) of Sioux City, IA and Raymond Cornelisen of Rosen, MN; her sisters, Dolores Wickham (Jerry) and Kathleen Halvorson (Ron); and her son-in-law Larry Lund. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to gather for visitations and services. The use of face masks by attendees is required, and we will continue taking the necessary steps to keep our facility clean.
