With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Leger (Ortonville, Minnesota), born in Royalton, Minnesota, who passed away on December 31, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Wenner and Gladys Wenner (Reinhardt); her husband Russell Leger; and her siblings, David, Philip, Norbert, Evelyn Pendergast and Ruth Wenner.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Leger of Albertville, MN, Tom Leger (Anita) of Montevideo, MN, Doug Leger (Dawn) of Ortonville, MN, Michelle Wester of Elk River, MN, Jim Leger (Annette) of Andover, MN and Dave Leger (Terri) of Lillian, AL; and her siblings, Robert Wenner (Dione) of Little Falls, MN, Jim Wenner of Waite Park, MN, Leo Wenner (Joan) of Royalton, MN, Donald Wenner (Florence) of Baxter, MN, Marie Brown (Louis) and Frances Graham (Ron) of Roseville, MN. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
