He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Dean Ohrtman and Dorothy Laurie Ohrtman (Hase); his former wife Connie Harmon (Reese); his grandparents, Clara Ohrtman, William and Olga Hase; his siblings, Duane William, Barbara Ann and Robert Edward Ohrtman; his children, Lisa Ann Bertrand (Ryan) of Sioux City, Iowa, Teresa Ann Gardner of Fonda, Iowa, Nicholas Wayne Ohrtman of Peterson, Iowa, Travis Duane Ohrtman (Kamay) of Marysville, Washington, Katarina Marie Davison of Sioux City, Iowa and Zane David Ohrtman of Marysville, Washington; his siblings, Beverly Jean Rice (William) and Kenneth Dean Ohrtman (Debra); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Charlotte, Carter, Cole, Sabrina, Jaden, Sam, Luke, Destiny, Felicity and Samuel.
A visitation for David's friends and family will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020, at Mundwiler Funeral Home in Milbank from 1:00 p. m. to 2:30 p. m. with a Time of Sharing beginning at 2:30 p. m. While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to gather for visitations and services.
