We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2020, at the age of 90, Colleen Hedge of Ortonville, Minnesota, born in Big Stone City, South Dakota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Colleen Hedge to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Tippett and Frances Tippett (Obitz); her husband Gayle; her brother Dennis Tippett; and her daughter-in-law Kim Knippen.
She is survived by: her son Al Knippen of Green Valley, AZ; her granddaughter Annie Bailey (Brett); and her great grandchild Athena Bailey.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings of up to 250 people.
Memorials are preferred to Big Stone Healthcare Foundation, or Abbey of the Hills.
