She is survived by: her children, Bryan Sampson (Geralynn), Ashley Penoncello, Bruce Sampson (Renee) and Troy Sampson (Leslie); her siblings, Charlie Pernu, Jimmy Pernu (Rosie), Denny Pernu (Sharon), Barbara Durand (Joe) and Sheila Shultz (Paul); her sister-in-law Joyce Pernu; her grandchildren, Alexandra, Sarah, Eric, Megan, Matthew, Mitchell, Payton, Addisyn, Ashley, Amanda, Andrea, Addy, Jordan, Lily and Alec; her great grandchildren, Kennedy Lee, James, William, Levi, Addison, Bailey, Mia and Shane Junior; her close friend Kenny; and her pet Willow.
