He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his sons, Chad Clough (Kim), John (Melissa), Shane (Susanne) and Stephen (Jo); his grandchildren, Spencer, Zachary (Rachel), Jessica, Paige, Hayden, Rylie, Paul (Emme), Luke, Isaiah, Kyrieleisa, Melanie and Michael; and his sister Aloha Smith (Vernon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
