She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" and Esther Hall (Ackerman); her brother Michael Hall; and her sister-in-law Ann Hall. She is survived by: her husband Walter Zahn; her sons, Bryan Zahn (Tracy) and Erik Zahn of Elgin, MN; her grandchildren, Katey (Billy Schweiger) and Shawn Zahn; her great grandchildren, Madelyn (Maddy) and Anna Schweiger; and her siblings, Barbara Ward (Donald) of Des Moines, IA, Max Hall (Dotty) of Brooklyn, IA and Patrick Hall (Cair) of Brooklyn Park, MN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Sharon requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38103.
