We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Randall Bartz of Oronoco, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bartz and Lucille Bartz (Goetz); and his wife Susan Schmidt of Minneapolis. He is survived by: his close friend Bonnie Gathje; his children, Kirk Bartz (Lily), Kim Alexander (Jason) and Kyle Bartz (Jodie); his grandchildren, Lauren Bartz, Andrea Bartz, Erin Bartz, Nicole Bartz, Samantha Alexander, Brooke Alexander, Molly Bartz, Scott Bartz and Lucy Bartz; and his brother Mike Bartz (Zinda) of Tucson, Ariz..

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family, or to Seasons Hospice of Rochester, MN, Ability Building Community (ABC) of Rochester, MN or ProAct, Inc. of Red Wing, MN Rochester Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.

“I knew Mr. Randy from his Flagman products prior to seeing him in 1997 at the DU Duck Festival in Germantown, Tennessee. He took time to talk to me, gave me insight on Canada goose hunting, the bird he took much interest in. From an unexpected encounter, it led to 6 years of hunting Canadas in Western Minnesota. I will always be appreciative of those 6 seasons of learning with Mr. Randy alongside his hometown neighbors Steve and David Reese in the Fergus Falls, Minn. area. RIP, Mr. Randy.”
