He is survived by: his wife Megan Pfeiffer-Wells; his daughter Avery Katherine Wells; his parents, Elizabeth Wells and Rick Wells; his brother Phillip Wells; his sister-in-law Jessica; his nieces and nephews, Amber, Cody, Hailey and Colton; and his grandmother Frieda Wells.
