He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Olson and Deloris Olson (Rebbe); and his brother Ronald Olson. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Andrew Olson (Sandy) and Lynn Karsten (Gann); his grandchildren, Anna, John Karsten, Samuel, Paul, Zeke and Elizabeth Olson; and his siblings, William Olson (Rita), Nancy Schwartz, Janice Hershey (Kent), Diane Sorenson (Kenney) and Linda Petersen.
