She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Jukulen and Gundia Jukulen (Sannes); her husband Roy Schmidt; and her sisters, Ora, Grace, Bertha and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Calla (Russ) and Kim (Rick); her grandsons, Rod and Jay; her sister Florence (Don); her sons, Rod (Mary) and Jay (Beth); and her grandchildren, Scott, Rachel, Kari, Trevor, Gabe, Luke, Mary, Bram, McKellan, Jaisie, Nicole and Kellie. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
