He is survived by: his wife Debra Blake; his sons, Leonard Blake Jr. and Travis Blake; his grandchildren, Nalani Blake, Skyla Blake, Elektra Blake, Jurnee Blake, Hazel Blake and Kailie Malatore; and his siblings, Kelcey Packineau, Karmen Blake Jr., Benjamin Blake Sr., Nathaniel Blake, Carol Silversmith and Bonnie Lightening. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
