She is survived by: her children, Jayson Sam Sr., Nikki Sam and Tiffany Sam; her siblings, James Sam, Lorraine Sam, Deanna Sam and Mary Sam; her grandchildren, Kali Sam, Jayson Sam Jr., Alicianna Sam and Tianna Sam; and her extended family, Warren Skinaway, Kinney Sam, Jake Sam, Rhonda Sam, Jana Sam, Dustin Sam, Carmen Weous, Arlene Weous, Allison Jones, Tricia Jones and Derek Greenfeather Jr..
