She was predeceased by: her father Jeffrey Sam. She is survived by: her son Brayden Mitchell; her siblings, Wendy Merrill, Susan Hendrix, Corey Sam, Cody Sam and Carlos Merrill; and her nieces and nephews, Amelio Merrill, Derek Merrill, Blake Smith, Daniel Beaulieu, Joseph Beaulieu Jr., Landon Hendrix, Brooklynn Smith, Nevaeh Merrill, Rihanna Smith, Bionca Sam and Lay'liana Sam. She is also survived by many aunties, uncles, and cousins.
