He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Dirks; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Delores Wittwer; and his sister-in-law Susie Boyum. He is survived by: his mother Shirley "Pam" Dirks (Palmlund); his wife Judy Dirks; his brothers, Jeff (Eileen), Alan (Karen), Brian (Nancy), Gregg (Terri), Peter (Margie) and Wayne (Kris); and his brothers-in-law, Steven Wittwer (Susan), Jon Wittwer (Tina) and Dean Boyum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Mary's Catholic School, Bird Island, St. Aloysius Catholic Church or a charity of your choice.
