He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Moore (Jimmy) and Carl Mortensen; his brother Merritt; and his parents-in-law, Darlene Lyndsley and Walter Lyndsley.
He is survived by: his wife Denise; his daughter Olivia; his siblings, Cherise and Chris (Mary); his siblings-in-law, Dawn and Kevin (Shannon); and his nieces and nephews, Alicia (Jay), Laura (Adam), Lindsay (Andrew), Michael, Madison and Julius. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews and other relatives.
Private family service to follow due to Covid restrictions.
In lieu of flowers , memorials preferred to the family for medical costs.
