He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Folkerts and Lorraine Folkerts (Lindquist); his siblings, Dianne Olson and Allen Folkerts; and his in-laws, Tim, Helen Maurice, Verlin, Barb Maurice, Virginia Green and Gary Jansen.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Maurice; his children, Mamie Folkerts, John Folkerts and Matt Folkerts (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Aviana and Kai Folkerts; his siblings-in-law, Bill Olson (Phyllis Moudry), Virgil Maurice (Elaine), Wayne Maurice (Mavis), Larry Maurice (Linda), Dave Maurice (Connie) and Mary Jansen; his nephew Jason Olson (Jenny); and his niece Kristin Schwier (Bob).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Olivia Hospital & Clinic Hospice or the Renville County Walk in the Park would be appreciated.
