Marlin Hanson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2021, Marlin Hanson of Olivia, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hanson and Myrtle Hanson (Peterson); his former wife Ione; his son Scott; and his siblings, Arthur "Bud" Hanson, Viola Soukup and Deloris Karas.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen Frantik; his sons, Craig, James (Wenda), Brien (Junko) and David (Amanda); his stepson Tim Frantik (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kate, Miranda, Andrea, Adam, Sarah, Damian and Danica; his sister Marie Hanson; and his sister-in-law Ann Monson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Memorials are preferred to Renville County Food Shelf or a charity of your own choice in Marlin's name.
