We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2024, at the age of 96, John Serbus of Olivia, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Serbus and Frances Rose Serbus (Hlavinka); and his brothers, James and Lloyd Serbus. He is survived by: his wife Louisa Steffel; his children, Brian Serbus (Mary Lou) of New Ulm, MN, Bruce Serbus (Lynn) of Sioux Falls, SD, Norb Serbus (Cindy) of Renville, MN and Valora Stangl (Gregg) of Pierz, MN; his grandchildren, Aaron, Angela, Jeff, Erica, Nathan, Jaden, Diane, Darren, Kimberly, Tracie and Cassandra; his sisters, Martha Tauer and Rita Schroepfer; and his siblings-in-law, Ernie Steffel, Gladys McClendon and Karen Steffel. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
