He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kadlec and Bertha Kadlec (Herdina); and his brother-in-law Richard Langlais. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kopel; his children, Nancy Manderscheid (Jim) of Bird Island, Carol Rothmeier (Dan) of Olivia, David Kadlec (Beth) of Olivia, Debra Anderson (Adrian) of Kandiyohi and Daniel Kadlec of Olivia; his grandchildren, Kyle Manderscheid, Tyler (Emily), Bryan (Alli), Jayson Rothmeier (Andrea), Alison, Joel, Neil, Grant Kadlec, Kristine, Kealan and Kinley Anderson; his great grandchildren, Saveah Rothmeier, Fulton, Fletcher Rothmeier and Baby Rothmeier; and his sister Janet Langlais of Hastings. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred to St. Aloysius Catholic Church and Renville County Walk in the Park.
