It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Frank of Olivia, Minnesota, who passed away on July 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Frank and Celestine "Sally" Frank (Kopel); his wife Barbara Eugeana Petsinger; his brothers, Bill and Bob; his brothers-in-law, Don Lootens and Steve Hollerung; and his nephew Jonathan Frank.
He is survived by: his son Craig Allen of Olivia; his siblings, Gene (Sandy) of Olivia, Larry (Carol) of Redwood Falls, Maynard of Bayfield, WI, John (Sandy) of Akeley, Marge Lootens of Brandon, SD, Josie Hollerung of Keller, TX and Celeste Coudron (Mike) of Marshall; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Frank of Kalispell, MT and Kathleen Frank of Olivia. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
