He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Schroepfer and Louise Schroepfer (Schroeder); his parents-in-law, Matthew and Mary Serbus; his brother Jim Schroepfer; his daughter-in-law Sue Schroepfer; his siblings-in-law, Leona Ewer, Cheryl Serbus, Vern Ewer and Bud Welsh; his nephews, Scott and Neil Serbus; and his niece Athena Krueger.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Schroepfer of Olivia; his children, Kari Brand (Cory) of Springfield, Thomas Schroepfer of Lake Lillian and Timothy Schroepfer (Kim) of Olivia; his grandchildren, Collin Brand (Riley), Tyler Brand (Meghan), Kelsey Templar (Matt), Kassie Underwood (Will James), Perry Underwood (Heather), Jamie Underwood (Brandon Kuehn), Cooper Beaver, Corrie Jennissen (Craig), Brad Clouse (Tanna) and Nick Clouse (Vanessa); his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Alaina, Ryker, Emma, Aniyah, Kayson, Zailyn, Nora and Ella; and his in-laws, Sylvia Welsh (Margaret Kosak), Wally Serbus (Larry Serbus) and Steve Serbus (Rita Schroepfer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (302 S 10th St, Olivia, MN 56277). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to St. Aloysius Catholic Church or Renville County Food Shelf.
