George Fischer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Fischer of Renville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 19, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fischer and Minnie Fischer (Wilhelmina Swyter); his wife Joy Marilyn Toupal; his siblings, Henry Fischer, Anna Ledeboer and Johanna Fischer; his nephews, Robert Ledeboer and Terry Fischer; and his niece Karen Ledeboer.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn (Steve Eischens), Frank (Wendy Fischer), William (Tammy Fischer) and Mary (Scott Johnson); his grandchildren, Amy Gasca, Bethany Crosbie (Ben), Chris Eischens, Cory Eischens, Danny Fischer (Devory), Brian Fischer (Kate) and Michael Fischer (Megan); and his sisters-in-law, Genevieve Agre and Fran Bruns.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church (86581 Co Rd 6, Renville, MN 56284). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
