He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Mallak and Marietta Mallak (Keiser); and his siblings, Susan Hennessey and David Mallak. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Bunke; his children, Josh Wosmek, Sara Wussow (Ben) and Travis Mallak; his grandson Eric Wussow; his siblings, Gary Mallak (Pam), Ron Mallak (Jeanette), Kathy Urban (Tom) and Carolyn Getz (Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Christine Mallak and Gary Hennessey.
Duane and Cheryl did many motorcycle trips together with good friends, Kirk and Jo-Ann Toltzman and John and Jill Revolinski to the Black Hills SD, Duluth MN, Pidgeon Forge TN, Upper Michigan, Lake of the Ozarks and did other local charity rides.
