He was predeceased by: his parents, George Whalen and Esther Whalen (Bluemke); his son Tom; his sisters, Sharon Carriere and Joyce Johnson (Jerry); his siblings-in-law, Dean Radniecki and Sandy Whalen; and his parents-in-law, Norma and Bill Champagne.
He is survived by: his friend Linda Champagne; his wife Linda Champagne; his children, Christy (Mouse), Terry (Teige), Timmy (Bear), Christina Sørensen (Martin), Tiffany Tvedt (Kevin), Kimberly Ventura (Jason), Katherine Tobiasen (Bo), Terence Whalen (Sarah) and Timothy Whalen Jr. (Anisia); his grandchildren, Ariel Whalen (Andre Rasmussen), Patrick Hågensen (Line Schmidtke Eriksen), George Hågensen, Oliver Sørensen, Brock, Ryan Tvedt, Zachary Grove (Casandra), Brady Grove, Chase, Carlee, Claire Whalen, Gavin, Gabriella Tobiasen, Natalia, Nick, Evelyn and Logan Whalen; his great grandchildren, Synnøve Whalen Rasmussen and William Schmidtke Hågensen; his siblings, Mike Whalen, Angela Radniecki and Greg Whalen (Deb); his brother-in-law Duane Carriere; and his pet Moocher. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
