He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Howard and Millie Howard (Peterson); his uncle Marvin; and his brother Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert of Oklee, MN and Nancy Bickford (Mike) of Coon Rapids, MN; his nephews, Rob Marshall of Champlin, MN and Doug Marshall (Deya) of Blaine, MN; his niece Jennifer Marshall-Peters (Chris) of Coon Rapids, MN; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Skylar, Ella, Braden, Madison, Kaylee and Hunter. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM. A prayer was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service - Thief River (105 Governor St, Oklee, MN 56742). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ebenezer Lutheran Church (12030 280th Ave SE, Oklee, MN 56742).
