He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hoffman and Helen Hoffman (Kuras); his daughter Tammy Hoffman; and his brothers, Wallace and Robert Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy LaPiere; his children, Cynthia Corrow (Joe) of Ogilvie, Todd Hoffman (Wendi Wicktor) of Princeton, Christopher Hoffman (Robin) of Ogilvie and Adam Hoffman (Kristie) of Foley; and his siblings, Mary Evenson (Richard), Louise Mork (Laird), Antonia Dickenson (Dean), Beverly Haapoja, Henry Hoffman and Linda Huf. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
