He was predeceased by: his parents, John Galba and Violet Galba (Lehn); his wife Diane; and his children, Daniel Galba and Rebecca Stokes.

He is survived by: his brothers, John Galba and Terry Galba; his children, Gloria Williams, Kristina Galba, Michael Galba, Gerald Stokes (Tammy) and Grant Stokes; and his grandchildren, Tom Stokes (Jessica), Tiffany Robinson (Christopher), Carisa Stokes, Jason Stokes (Rachel), Travis Stokes (Heather), Kaelani Marcano and Jeneva Marcano.
