He is survived by: his mother Dawn Heisler (Englund); his wife Kelly; his children, Desirae, Devin and Delayna Heisler; his father Michael L. Sr. Heisler; his grandchildren, Carter Heisler, Jalissa, Zayna Goodman, Audreama, Jayidalyn Lopez, LeRoy Jr. and Cain Wadena; his sisters, Tina Heisler, Annie Haverkamp (Jeff) and Lynn Heisler; and his uncles, Brad (Julie) and Ken Heisler. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
