He was predeceased by: his father Sylvester Cogger; his grandparents, Charles, Sophia Pelland Cogger, Claudious and Nellie Masden Hilst; his mother Inez Hilst Cogger; and his siblings, Vernon Cogger, Carl Cogger, Leonard Cogger and Marion Cogger Snelson.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Smith Cogger; his daughter Terri Lee Cogger Bradley; his grandchildren, Quinn Parker Cogger Bradley and Asha Leigh Cogger Bradley; and his sister Geraldine Cogger Thomas. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
