He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Bill Jr., Jody and Kelly Hurlbut (Michelle); his stepdaughters, Heidi Van Hook and Jennifer Richardson (James); and his siblings, Scheryl, Patricia, Penny and Sandy. He is also survived by his father and mother; grandparents; and other family and friends.
