Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joyce Leota McCracken (Oak Park Heights, Minnesota), who passed away at the age of 91, on April 17, 2025. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary Jane, Lois, Virginia and David. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hubbard (Lisa) and Kari Hubbard (Stephen Gorde); her grandsons, Dylan Hubbard, Trevor Witt (Anya O'Connor), Parker Witt and Hayden Witt; and her brother Donald Pahnke.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Boutwells Landing Senior Living Steamboat Lounge (5600 Norwich Parkway, Oak Park Heights, MN 55082).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Joyce's memory to Presbyterian Homes – Boutwells Landing or Lakeview Hospital Hospice, organizations that helped her live her final chapter with love, dignity, and grace.
