It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Howard Mueller of Oak Park Heights, Minnesota, born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on January 29, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Mueller and Hazel Mueller (Lindahl); his former wife Shirley Mueller (Overman); his children, Valerie Branam and Peter Mueller; and his brother Jack Mueller.

He is survived by: his wife Laurel Westrom; his children, Daniel Mueller (Bonnie) and Lisa Mueller (Laurie Hamre); his children-in-law, Timothy Branam and Laureen Mueller; his stepchildren, Eric Westrom, Jan Westrom (Peter Halls), Kristine Westrom (Ed Coughlin) and Amy Westrom; and his grandchildren, Christopher Branam (Tamara), Janessa Hanes (Todd), Andrew Branam (Kayla), Caitlyn Grunenwald (Adam), Jeffrey Mueller (Cassie), Brandon Mueller (Ashley), Benjamin Mueller (Jaime), Jonathan Mueller and Mark Mueller (Sierra). He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
