It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Mae McGinness of Oak Park Heights, Minnesota, born in Sidney, Iowa, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Shelman and Florence Shelman (Noakes); and her siblings, Bill, Larry, Arlene (Myers) and Eva Lee (Farris).
She is survived by: her husband Bill McGinness; her children, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Jerry and Julie; her grandson Jody McGinness (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Finn Jeffrey of Gaithersburg, Maryland., Nova Claire of Gaithersburg, Maryland. and Henry Julian of Gaithersburg, Maryland.; and her daughter-in-law Jean McGinness (Ruedy) of Stillwater. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
