She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Blezek and Winifred Blezek. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Maffitt (Kay) of Madison, WI and Neil Maffitt (Bonnie) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Kari Maffitt (Andrew Tsai) of St. Paul, Jeffrey Maffitt (Adrian) of Eden Prairie and Rachel Maffitt of Madison, WI; and her great grandchildren, Vivienne, Gwen and Dorian.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Minnesota Arboretum.
