He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Neumann and Rosella Neumann (Zellmann); his brother Walter Neumann Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Owen Fuglseth, Harlan, Marion Ische, Eugene, Shirley Ische, LeAnn Kroells and Richard Kroells of Hamburg.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jason Neumann (Jennifer) and Kelly Wouters of Hamburg; his grandchildren, Madalyn Neumann, Jacob Neumann, Mitchell Wouters and Reilly Wouters; his sisters, Sandra Jones of Watertown, Darlene Schmidt of Chaska and Rosie Fuglseth of Mound; and his sister-in-law Kay Neumann of Watertown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
