He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughter Dawn Hork (Brian); his grandchildren, Mitchell Hork (Morgan), Lindsey Hork and Alexandra Hork; his daughter Deena Radde (Carl); his grandchildren, Keighla Anderson (Paul), Braedon Schmidt (Marissa), Shelbey Hendrickx (Eric), Meghan Radde (Mitchell Scrimgeour), Kohlton Schmidt (Deanna), Emily Rassman (Cal) and Isabele Radde; his child Payton Polston (Angie); his grandchildren, Breanne Turnquist (Cody), Bailie Hoernemann (Zach), Skylar Polston (Connor Gerads), Gavin Polston and Jace Polston; his child Dahri Randall (Michael); his grandchild Jesse Nelson (Monica); his great grandchildren, Jaxson Hoernemann, Maisy Anderson, Freyja Hendrickx, Conor Schmidt, Mattea Hendrickx, Lux Schmidt, Kade Hoernemann, Dane Schmidt and Colter Hoernemann; his siblings, Thurman Brown, Daniel Brown (LaRue), Sam Brown (Janie) and Ava Greenwood; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Bedsworth (Clark) and Stanton Anderson. He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
