He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Heiland; his children, Kathryn Schwalbe (James) of New Auburn, MN, Judith Thomas (Mark), Kristine Aretz (Peter) of Marinette, WI, Charles Heiland (Judith) of Plato, MN and Ronald Heiland (Melanie); his grandchildren, Amy Sennes, Angela Werth (Brad), Aric Rolf (Stacy), Aaron Rolf, Amber Asher (Trevor), Ashley Merchert (Derek), Nathan Thomas (Annette), Amanda Borak (Charles), Wesley Thomas (Chelsie), Peter II, Patrick Aretz (Elaine), Alex Aretz, Benjamin Aretz (Brooke), Jill Probst (Christopher), Kristina Stresnak (Matt), Kylea Roeglin, Ryan Roeglin and Zachary Heiland; his sister Virginia Rathmanner of Robinsdale, MN; and his stepsisters, Carol Jakes (Don) of Minnetonka, MN, Joy Johnson (Robert "Bob") of Minnetonka, MN and Louise Dolon (Ronald) of Minnetonka, MN. He is also survived by 24 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
