She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Holste and Clara Holste (Trost); her husband Duane Verch of John's Lutheran Church; her daughter Christine Dols (Tim); her siblings, Helen Eickelberg (Ike), Don Holste (Eunice) and Betty Rudolph (John); and her brothers-in-law, Virgil Verch (Marlys), Ronald Fritz, Elroy Verch and Clifford Harmsen (Clarice).
She is survived by: her children, Dean Verch (Paula) of Glencoe, MN and Jonathan Verch (Deb) of Deerfield, WI; her grandchildren, Stacia Boyum (Ty), Karissa Dols, Mitchell Dols, Brandon Verch (Kelsey) and Hannah Verch (Joey Cullen); her great grandchildren, Emmett and Olivia Boyum; her sister Verna Fritz; and her sister-in-law Mary Verch. She is also survived by Nephews, nieces, other relatives, and many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (101 SE 2nd Ave, Norwood Young America, MN 55397). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Mau Cemetery (211 5th Ave NE, Norwood Young America, MN 55397).
