The memory of Jeanne E. Friske of Norwood Young America, Minnesota, who passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Jakupciak and Susan Jakupciak (Mihalko); her siblings, Michael Jakupciak, John "Jack" Jakupciak, Susan Schroeder (George), Emily Johnson (Donald) and Ann Olson (Victor); and her siblings-in-law, Lois Straetz (Frank), Robert Friske (Marlene), Arnold Scholz, Pete Ellias, Ronald Friske, Lyman "Bud" Kerr and Wendell Friske (Bonnie).
She is survived by: her husband Allen Friske; her children, Susan Barnes (Brian) of Watertown, Sheila Scheele (Dean) of Glencoe, Sally Rucks (Sheldon) of Hamburg, Stephanie Morschen (Loren) of Cologne and Mark Friske (Kristine) of Watertown; her grandchildren, Todd Barnes (Rebecca), Matthew Barnes (Sarah), Michelle Koch (Andrew), Jakob Scheele (Melissa), Erich Scheele (Aspen), Annalisa Sheehan (Ryan), Robert Rucks (Amanda), Jeremy Price, Sarah Price, Christophe Morschen (Emily), Audrey Bilski (Adam), Charles Morschen, Sophia Morschen, Graham Friske, Brooke Friske and Jack Friske; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Scholz, Janet Kerr, Nancy Ellias and Laverne Friske. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (14735 CR 153, Benton Twp. 55322). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
