She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Gowdy and Ethel Gowdy (Paul); her husband Duane Dudgeon; her daughter Karen J. (Steve Malkin); her sisters, Sharon Bain and JoAnne Gowdy; and her siblings-in-law, Dagmar Christmann, Aldo Anderson II, Alton Kusch, Leon and Sachi Dudgeon.

She is survived by: her friend Betty Schrupp; her children, Paul Dudgeon of Hamburg, MN and Rena Dudgeon (Sara) of Maple Grove, MN; her grandchildren, Cody Dudgeon (Ayaana), Kyle Dudgeon, Emma Dudgeon, Miranda Dudgeon and Devon Brothen; her great grandchildren, Abdullah Dudgeon and Selma Dudgeon; and her siblings, Nancy Anderson, Jerry Gowdy and Vicki Summerfield (Gary). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
