As we bid Robert farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Robert is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille McNew (Carrigan); his son Allen Beckman; his grandson John Matheson; and his siblings, Vivian Thomas and John Beckman.
He is survived by: his sister Lois Kanne; and his children, Ronald Beckman (Barbara), Bonnie Matheson and Marion Treat (Tim). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 22 great-great-grandchildren.
